Directions From Loyola to Area Highways

Note: The following directions assume the visitor is leaving from our Admission Parking lot behind Jenkins Hall. They do not apply on College Days and certain Saturday or Summer Information Programs when visitors may be parked at satellite lots.

To 95 North

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First light)
Right onto Charles Street
Go approximately 6 miles to 695 East (toward Essex)
695 East to 95 North

To 95 South

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First light)
Left onto Charles Street
Shortly after this turn, the road will fork drastically
Bear to the left and the road will turn into St. Paul Street
Take St. Paul Street to downtown Baltimore
St. Paul Street will turn into Light Street
Follow Light Street across Pratt Street (at the Inner Harbor)
Turn Right onto Conway
Then turn left onto 395 which is the connector to 95 (Oriole Park at Camden Yards will be right in front on you)

Alternative:

Follow directions below to 695 Baltimore Beltway
Go west until you reach I-95 South (This takes longer but is easier, less chance of taking wrong turn)

To 695 Baltimore Beltway

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First light)
Right onto Charles Street
Go approximately 6 miles to on ramps to 695 (East toward Essex and West toward Pikesville)

To Interstate 83 North and South

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cross over Charles Street at light
Go approximately 1 mile to bottom of hill (Gas Stations on two corners)
On ramp for 83 is on right immediately after you cross Falls Road

To 795 North

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First Light)
Right onto Charles Street
Go approximately 6 miles to 695 West (toward Pikesville)
695 to 795 north

To 295 South

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First light)
Left onto Charles Street
Shortly after this turn, the road will fork drastically
Bear to the left and the road will turn into St. Paul Street
Take St. Paul Street to downtown Baltimore
St. Paul Street will turn into Light Street
Turn Right onto Lombard Street
Take Lombard Street to Greene Street
Turn Left onto Greene Street
Go straight on Greene Street, it turns into 295 South (BWI Airport is approximately 8 miles)

To 495 Capital Beltway

Right out of parking lot onto Cold Spring Lane
Cold Spring Lane to Charles Street (First light)
Left onto Charles Street
Shortly after this turn, the road will fork drastically
Bear to the left and the road will turn into St. Paul Street
Take St. Paul Street to downtown Baltimore
St. Paul Street will turn into Light Street
Follow Light Street across Pratt Street (at the Inner Harbor)
Turn Right onto Conway
Then turn left onto 395 which is the connector to 95
(Oriole Park at Camden Yards will be right in front on you)
Take 95 South (Capital Beltway 495 is about 25 minutes south of Baltimore on 95)
