Interviews

Loyola offers interviews to senior and transfer students only. Call the Admission Office weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule an interview; 410-617-5012 or 1-800-221-9107.

First-Year Applicants

Our interviews for prospective senior and transfer students only are conducted as part of a morning or afternoon campus visit that also includes a group presentation on Loyola and a campus tour. We offer daily visits on most weekdays, Monday through Friday. Interviews are not available on Saturday or Sunday. The visit lasts approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours. If students have scheduled interviews, they should arrive at 9:15 a.m. for the morning visit or 1:15 p.m. for the afternoon visit. For students who have not scheduled an interview, the group presentations are at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Interviews are not a part of the evaluation process at Loyola, so students may schedule a daily visit with or without the interview. On some dates, students will find interview appointments filled, but they may still visit and attend the presentation and tour.

Transfers

Transfer applicants should identify themselves as transfers when calling Admission for an interview. We will schedule you with a Transfer Admission Counselor for individual appointments, separate from first-year applicants. The purpose is to allow discussion of transfer admission policies and to give an estimate of credit transferability.
